INFORMATION ON HOW TO GET VISA

●  You are required to pay (For Tanzanian)

○ 40 USD if you plan to stay for less than 90 days in Korea

○ 60 USD if you plan to stay for more than 90 days in Korea

●  Types of Visa and Instructions

○  Business

You are required to attach the followings with your visa application:

1)      Visa Application Form (Download HERE)

2)     Passport(More than 6 months of validity)

3)      Photo (White background, 3.5cmx4.5cm)

4)      Fee

5)      Covering Letter (Introduction Letter)

6)      Invitation Letter

- Including Detailed information of inviter and invitee, Purpose of invitation, Duration of invitation, Itinerary, etc.

7)      Guarantee Letter

8)      Copy of Company Registration Certificate

9)      Letter from Employer (or working company)

10)   Registration Certificate Copy of Employer’s Company

11)   Copy of round-trip flight ticket

12)   Hotel booking voucher

13)   Personal Bank Statement for last 6 months

14)   Photocopy of Passport (Information page only)

Please note that articles 6, 7 & 8 which are the Invitation Letter, Guarantee Letter and Copy of Company Registration Certificate, according to the requirements document are intended to come from the host in Korea. However, if you do not have a host in Korea (i.e. Self tour visit) will not submit the aforementioned articles.

Also note, article 10 (Registration Certificate Copy of Employer's Company) is not a requirement for applicants working in official government agencies and or institutions.

Further note, ONLY Diplomatic and Service Passport holders who ALSO present a 'Note Verbale' issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs will be exempted from submitting the following articles 4, 7, &13, which are Visa Fee, Guarantee Letter and Personal Bank Statement accordingly.

7)     Copy of School Registration Certificate

8)     School Certificates (Tanzania)

9)     Copy of flight ticket

10)  Bank Statement for last 6 months

11)  Health Questionnaire (Download HERE)

12)  Photocopy of Passport (Information page only)

NB: VISA service hours are restricted to Monday to Friday mornings; 8.30 am - 11.30 am. No appointment is needed to be made prior. Applicants are welcome to submit their complete application documents within the designated hours.
